Knolyx was founded by Adrian Sita, who has a background in IT and training industries and a people-oriented approach to business. He knows that learning and technology are the essential conditions for successful businesses, and this is how Knolyx appeared. Adrian really enjoys working with people and seeing them develop. Knolyx’s clients are different, their perspective upon learning is different, their approach is different. And yet, for all of them, learning is enlightening. That’s a rewarding process to witness.

Adrian explains the company’s work day as “Well, we work, we learn, we help others learn, we laugh, we make mistakes, we come up with ideas, we forget them and come up with some new ones, we focus, we brainstorm, we learn again.”
